Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. As a part of the Enterprise Product Workforce & Workplace team, the Sr Business Solutions Analyst will help shape and deliver enterprise workplace technology solutions that support Global Security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, and Environmental Health and Safety business operations and enterprise services. In this role, the Sr Business System Analyst will partner and engage with various cross-functional business and technology teams to align workplace business needs with technology capabilities, ensuring systems are effective, reliable, and supportive of organizational goals. The candidate will apply their expertise in project management, product development lifecycle, and business solutions support to effectively communicate technology-related updates and deliverables to Global Security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management, and Environmental Health and Safety stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Drive business requirements, analyze data and processes, and deliver technical solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency and innovation
· Partner with business stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities, framing high-impact problems and leveraging data-driven approaches for solutions
· Deliver product vision, strategy, and success metrics for key initiatives around Workplace technology products and services
· Represent stakeholder needs by collaborating with business and engineering partners, ensuring requirements and features are clearly understood and documented
· Translate requirements into actionable deliverables by creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and presenting them during planning sessions
· Manage and prioritize the product backlog, refining requirements based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder priorities
· Facilitate planning and review sessions with product and engineering teams to drive collaboration and continuous improvement across teams
· Work with respective stakeholders responsible for upstream and downstream systems, including data and analytics systems, ensuring validation of relevant data sources, consistency, and data integrity are in place
· Oversee project scope and resources, review proposals and statements of work, and lead 3rd party solution providers to ensure platforms are maintained and technology deliverables meet business needs
· Lead stakeholder engagement for testing, demos, and deployment to ensure readiness and alignment for go-to-market initiatives
· Communicate regular updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
· Define product release scope and ensure proper documentation and communication of new product features and enhancements
· Serve as the point of escalation for the day-to-day operational activities and support questions
· Refine and evolve the technical solution strategy based on feedback from stakeholders, market trends, and emerging technologies
· Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as determined by the needs of the business
Basic Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, data and analytics, computer science, or a related field
· 5+ years of developing technology solutions to address business needs, with a strong understanding of application development, change management and business process workflows
· 3+ years of product or project management experience, gathering client requirements, writing product and/or technical specifications, working with development teams, and managing product roadmaps and deliverables
· 3+ years of direct stakeholder engagement experience
· Experience with systems architecture, infrastructure, integration, data governance, and security compliance
· Experience working with cross-functional development and engineering teams and third-party vendors on vendor analysis discovery, product development, implementation, and support
· Experience with Agile methodology, with a focus on scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, and rollout management
· Experience using Jira or a similar system to track and maintain feature requirements and development progress
· Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timelines, budget and quality standards are met
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
· Advanced visualization skills with the ability to tell a compelling story with data
· Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
