Senior Director, Brand Marketing

In this role, you will lead the evolution of a high-visibility consumer brand, shaping how it shows up across culture, communications, and product experiences. You will guide a multidisciplinary creative organization, champion bold and human storytelling, and strengthen cross-functional cohesion across marketing and product teams. You will drive brand distinctiveness by developing adaptive systems, elevating creative impact, and enabling faster, more inspired ways of working. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the transformation of the brand from a static identity into a dynamic, adaptive system that drives campaigns, product experiences, and creative innovation.
  • • Guide and elevate multidisciplinary teams across design, copy, and brand expression, fostering a culture of bold, relevant storytelling.
  • • Build strong cross-functional alignment with Communications, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Social to ensure consistent and coherent brand expression.
  • • Develop culturally resonant creative ideas that sharpen brand distinctiveness, strengthen trust, and drive participation.
  • • Establish frameworks, processes, and rituals that enable fast, efficient, and high-quality creative execution.
  • • Champion a builder mindset, pushing the brand toward faster, braver, and more human positioning in the market.
  • Requirements:
  • • 15+ years of experience leading large-scale brand transformations within in-house or agency environments.
  • • Proven success managing multidisciplinary creative teams and delivering impactful cultural and commercial work.
  • • Strong creative instincts, strategic clarity, and exceptional communication skills.
  • • Deep understanding of modern brand building, cultural relevance, and how brand drives business outcomes.
  • • Experience with advanced measurement tools, creative technologies, and next-generation brand-building approaches.
  • • A proactive, inventive mindset that challenges traditional frameworks and introduces new models of brand expression.
  • • Passion for mission-driven consumer products and belief in responsible, human-centered financial experiences.
