Senior Marketing Director

This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity to drive marketing success across multiple products and channels within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. As Senior Marketing Director, you will lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, shaping the strategy, execution, and creative direction of campaigns that drive revenue, engagement, and brand visibility. You will partner with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and production to deliver impactful initiatives for digital, events, and content programs. This position demands a data-driven, results-oriented leader capable of managing complex projects, optimizing ROI, and fostering innovation. Occasional travel may be required to support key events, collaborations, and stakeholder engagement.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of marketers, assigning workloads, setting priorities, and mentoring staff for professional growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, event, and content channels to increase revenue, audience engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and production teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, including sponsorships, advertising, and event attendance.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new product launches.
  • Manage marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and oversee third-party vendor relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Plan, execute, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications, websites, and collateral.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments, with expertise in both digital media and events.
  • 5+ years of management experience, leading teams and overseeing workload distribution.
  • Proven experience in revenue generation from sponsorships, advertising, marketing services, and event attendees.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, manage multiple projects, and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation software, email service providers, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Results-driven, highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
