Senior Director, North American Marketing

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Director to lead marketing initiatives across North America, encompassing the U.S. and Canada. This role will drive the development and execution of integrated go-to-market programs, aligning closely with regional sales priorities and channel partner objectives. You will oversee regional field marketing, strategic event execution, and team leadership to accelerate pipeline growth, enhance brand awareness, and foster market engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong track record of connecting marketing strategy to measurable business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to influence both regional and global marketing strategies while leading a high-performing team.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute the North America marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with regional sales and partner goals.
  • Lead a team of Regional Marketing Managers and Event Marketers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns tailored to verticals, segments, and territories.
  • Drive account-based marketing, demand generation, and partner engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic events, including hosted experiences, industry conferences, and partner events, ensuring exceptional execution and measurable ROI.
  • Define KPIs, analyze campaign and event performance, and optimize marketing effectiveness and budget allocation.
  • Serve as the voice of the North American market, providing insights on trends, competitors, and customer behavior to influence global marketing strategy.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology industries.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing regional marketing and/or strategic events, with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes, including pipeline growth and revenue contribution.
  • Experience in scaling marketing operations for high-growth technology companies preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regional channel ecosystems and partner-led motions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and driving cross-functional initiatives.
