(US) Sr. Customer Engagement Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Customer Engagement Marketing Manager in the United States.

In this role, you will lead strategic customer engagement initiatives, driving programs that enhance advocacy, nurture online communities, and create meaningful experiences for customers. You will collaborate across marketing, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver data-driven campaigns that maximize adoption, loyalty, and engagement. Acting as a thought leader, you will influence stakeholders, optimize digital touchpoints, and ensure the customer voice is incorporated into strategy. Your work will impact the full customer lifecycle, enabling measurable business outcomes while cultivating champions who amplify product value. This position offers the opportunity to innovate within a collaborative environment while leveraging technology and insights to shape the customer experience.


Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for customer engagement, advocacy programs, and online community growth.
  • Collaborate with web developers and technical teams to maintain platforms, implement new features, and integrate with customer relationship tools.
  • Align and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Brand, Demand, Product, and Enablement teams, to drive engagement strategy and adoption campaigns.
  • Manage customer journey mapping, content curation, community moderation, and governance to ensure effective, positive engagement.
  • Leverage data and insights to measure program performance, optimize outcomes, and communicate impact to internal teams.
  • Travel up to 25% for marketing team meetings and customer engagement events.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare, with proven success in online community and customer advocacy program management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on KPIs and business impact.
  • Experience translating insights and data into actionable marketing strategies and customer value initiatives.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to peers in engagement best practices.
