Accountabilities:

  • Proactively generate and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, social media, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with health club clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct personalized product demonstrations aligned with each client’s unique goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to create compelling sales tools and improve service offerings.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and regularly report on pipeline status.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Stay current on market trends, technology updates, and competitive intelligence.

Complete timely reporting such as quarterly plans and expense submissions.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, ideally within the health and fitness industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of the UK or US fitness market and its key players is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Passion for customer success and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
  • Competitive salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 USD annually (based on experience and location).
