Accountabilities:

  • Proactively build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound cold calls and emails to decision-makers across various industries.
  • Leverage auto-dialers and sales engagement platforms to set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Document activities, track KPIs, and manage prospect interactions using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate daily with sales teammates and leadership via Zoom standups and team meetings.
  • Engage in continuous development through live coaching sessions, 1:1s, and scheduled trainings.
  • Hardworking, positive, and coachable mindset with strong resilience and ambition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with solid relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls in a structured, fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
  • Experience working remotely or in structured academic/professional environments.
  • Salesforce or cold calling experience is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional home office setup.
