As a Program Manager for Technical Writing, you will lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of enterprise-level technical documentation programs. This role provides the opportunity to guide a team of Senior Technical Writers and Technical Writers, shaping the creation, delivery, and maintenance of clear, high-quality documentation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and marketing, to ensure documentation aligns with business goals and user needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong leadership and communication skills, and excels at optimizing workflows and implementing innovative solutions to support global programs. Accountabilities:

• Lead the strategic implementation and governance of technical documentation programs.
• Plan, document, and optimize end-to-end documentation lifecycle processes.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and clients regarding documentation initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program or project-level risks while maintaining robust communication plans.
• Conduct formal business reviews and track KPIs/SLA attainment for assigned functions.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate technical writing teams to ensure effective delivery of content.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical communication and program management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, Communication, Journalism, or a closely related field.
• 3–5 years creating and managing production-level technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• 1–3 years managing, mentoring, and coaching teams of technical writers.
• Experience designing and implementing content strategies, information architecture, and documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and provide clear feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze risks, make data-informed decisions, and develop effective solutions.
