Responsibilities
- Design and manage a strategic, recurring curriculum for advisor and client service teams including platform, product and process training
- Create, maintain and deliver training materials across formats (live, webinar, recorded, LMS) for new hires, acquisitions and ongoing education
- Partner with M&A leadership to build and deliver integration training plans and measure adoption
- Track, analyze and report training attendance, proficiency and success metrics; identify learning gaps and improvement opportunities
- Advocate for WM teams with IT and cross-functional partners to ensure solutions are usable and drive productivity and adoption
- Support business process evaluation, testing and implementation; recommend and implement process improvements
- Maintain and update WM-facing communications, MercerNet resources and training documentation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, finance or related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience in training/enablement may be accepted
