We are seeking a technically fluent and strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, design, and execution of a core pillar within a next-generation AI-powered platform. This role offers the rare opportunity to shape zero-to-one products, defining architecture, data models, and system interfaces that power intelligent, context-aware experiences. You will work across engineering, AI/ML, design, and research teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions while directly influencing product strategy and adoption. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing technical depth with business acumen, and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to create measurable impact.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product vision, long-term strategy, and roadmap for a foundational technical domain.
  • Define technical architecture, data models, and platform interfaces that support extensible, scalable solutions.
  • Partner with engineering to design APIs, system components, and observability layers.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate features such as semantic search, LLM-powered assistants, personalization, and classification systems.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, customers, and external partners to validate requirements and refine product-market fit.
  • Write PRFAQs, technical narratives, and documentation to align cross-functional teams and accelerate decision-making.
  • Define success metrics, implement telemetry strategies, and leverage experimentation for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for your domain, mentoring others and elevating quality standards across the organization.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in technical or platform roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping 0→2 products or scaling platform capabilities in ambiguous, high-accountability environments.
  • Deep technical fluency with architecture, API design, and system trade-offs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing VP- and SVP-level stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, AI/ML, design, and research.
  • Strong business orientation with experience driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Preferred: experience with AI/ML-powered products, semantic modeling, knowledge graphs, enterprise data platforms, and B2B intelligence solutions.
  • Competitive total annual compensation in the range of $150,000–$186,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
