GTM Senior BI Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Commercial Senior BI Analyst in the United States.

In this role, you will drive data-driven decision-making for commercial teams by designing and maintaining high-quality dashboards, standardizing KPIs, and enabling self-service analytics across Sales, Marketing, Client Experience, and other go-to-market functions. You will translate complex business questions into actionable insights, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources. Partnering with data strategy owners, you will define certified datasets, maintain metric governance, and provide executive-level reporting. Your work will directly influence pipeline management, revenue growth, and customer expansion strategies. This role combines technical expertise, analytical rigor, and collaboration across stakeholders in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Design, develop, and maintain core dashboards for campaign performance, pipeline conversion, forecasting, and client expansion.
• Implement and uphold standardized KPI frameworks, certified metrics, and visualization best practices.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, documentation, and quality assurance across integrated systems.
• Build reusable datasets and semantic models; train stakeholders and promote adoption of self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Client Experience, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into insights.
• Perform deep-dive analyses for spend optimization, pipeline health, and customer expansion; support experimentation programs.
• Apply best-practice visualization and storytelling techniques to deliver clear, actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years in BI/reporting within B2B SaaS, with a portfolio of dashboards driving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise BI tools, semantic modeling, joins, aggregations, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of B2B go-to-market concepts, including attribution, funnel conversion, forecasting, and renewal/expansion metrics.
• Experience connecting GTM systems (HubSpot, ABM, paid media) to BI platforms and shaping certified datasets.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills; ability to provide executive-level insights.
• Proven ability to enable self-service analytics through training, documentation, and user adoption support.

• Competitive base salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year.
