• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CRM analysis, data management, or related roles.

• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and analytics.
