As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of cutting-edge AI and data platform initiatives, shaping products that transform event and venue management experiences. You will define the vision, prioritize roadmap features, and drive go-to-market strategies for AI-powered offerings, including conversational AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent agent technologies. Collaborating closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and customer-facing teams, you will ensure seamless delivery of high-value solutions while measuring adoption and commercial impact. This role requires balancing technical depth with strategic insight, enabling innovation at scale, and influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Your work will directly impact the customer experience and the evolution of the platform, helping the company scale globally and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Define the strategic vision and roadmap for the AI and data platform, translating business goals into actionable initiatives.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to launch and scale AI-driven products, ensuring adoption and market impact.
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering and data science teams.
• Prioritize product backlog to balance platform investment with delivery of high-value, market-facing AI features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption, platform performance, and business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML products, data platforms, or technical infrastructure.
• Proven experience in agile environments, collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
• Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience bringing AI/ML-powered products from concept to successful market launch.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools, feature stores, and large-scale data processing systems.
• Knowledge of modern data stack technologies (Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
