Enterprise Customer Success Manager - US

In this role, you will own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will work closely with enterprise clients to maximize their product value, identify opportunities for growth, and act as their trusted advisor. By combining a deep understanding of data, AI, and business processes, you will ensure that clients achieve measurable outcomes. Your ability to engage executives, optimize platform usage, and translate feedback into actionable improvements will be key to driving satisfaction and retention. Accountabilities

  • Manage the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with the Implementation Success Manager.
  • Oversee key milestones during implementation and monitor adoption of new and existing features post go-live.
  • Conduct regular cadence calls and business reviews to showcase value and program health to executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities that align with customer needs.
  • Advocate internally for product enhancements based on customer insights and feedback.
  • Analyze large datasets to understand user behavior and provide actionable recommendations to drive ROI.
  • 3โ€“5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management for enterprise B2B software solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage and present to Director/VP/C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets to identify usage trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a humble, open, and collaborative style.
  • Ability to quickly understand business applications with minimal training.
  • Exposure to finance and/or accounting processes such as Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, or related systems (SAP Concur, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).
  • Nice-to-have: experience with project management, fraud, compliance, EU privacy laws, or Customer Success Platforms like Catalyst or Gainsight.
  • Base salary range of $120,000 โ€“ $135,000 annually.
  • Potential for additional performance bonuses, stock options, and other incentive plans.
