Account Specialist (Remote - Wisconsin)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Williamson-Dickie Europe, a VF Company. We are currently looking for an Account Specialist in Wisconsin (USA).

This role plays a vital part in supporting sales teams by managing account order processing and delivering excellent customer service throughout the order lifecycle. The Account Specialist collaborates closely with sales representatives, customers, distribution centers, and internal departments to ensure orders are accurately entered, priced, processed, and shipped on time. This position offers a dynamic balance of teamwork and independent work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role is fully remote, ideally based in Wisconsin, providing flexibility while maintaining strong communication and coordination.

Accountabilities

  • Manage assigned orderbook by accurately entering, revising, and releasing customer orders, and provide order entry support for team members as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by offering product information and assisting with order selection to meet departmental goals.
  • Proactively address inquiries, requests, and complex issues from customers, sales representatives, and management.
  • Investigate product and service issues and communicate resolutions and action plans promptly with business partners.
  • Review and process return authorizations and credit requests, ensuring accurate invoicing for all purchase orders.
  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and support daily department activities and special projects as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of related professional experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Cognos reporting is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build trust with colleagues.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to work and adaptability to learn.
  • Comfortable with extensive computer use and phone communication.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet demand.

  • Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.40 to $23.00 USD.
  • Eligibility for additional compensation such as annual incentives, sales incentives, or commissions.
