Enterprise Account Manager - Minnesota

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Manager in Minnesota, United States.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to drive enterprise account growth within a dynamic technology environment. You will work closely with field sales and channel teams to develop new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and maintain strong client relationships. The position requires strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and a thorough understanding of networking, security, and SaaS solutions. You will leverage your sales expertise to meet and exceed revenue targets, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer value. The role offers a competitive base salary with the potential to earn performance-based bonuses.


  • Accountabilities
  • Proactively reach out to assigned accounts using phone, email, and other sales tools to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with field teams and channel partners to position and sell solutions effectively.
  • Manage account relationships by understanding client needs and communicating the value of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Stay informed on product roadmaps, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline targets.
  • Support the inside sales model by working closely with sales, marketing, and channel teams to enhance collaboration.
  • Requirements
  • 5–10 years of quota-carrying and closing experience in outside sales, preferably in technology.
  • Proven track record of consistent performance and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of networking, security, and SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong selling capabilities, consultative approach, and ability to close deals.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, success-driven, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Must reside in Minnesota and be willing to engage with clients in-person as needed.
