Enterprise Account Executive, US

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of GitGuardian. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in California (USA).

Join a fast-growing cybersecurity startup transforming how enterprises secure their development environments. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll spearhead strategic sales efforts across North America, driving growth by engaging with technical decision-makers in DevOps and AppSec. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role in a remote-first environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and innovation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build relationships with Fortune 500 prospects, helping them prevent high-stakes security incidents through cutting-edge solutions.

Accountabilities:

·         Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, targeting enterprise-level accounts.

·         Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, DevOps leaders, etc.).

·         Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to define and run complex POCs/POVs.

·         Evangelize the value of the product line and tailor solutions to technical stakeholders.

·         Drive new customer acquisition and pipeline development across the US market.

·         Align internal resources and manage procurement processes to close deals efficiently.

·         Minimum 3 years of enterprise sales experience in Application Security, DevOps, or related SaaS environments.

·         Proven success managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

·         Experience using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC frameworks in deal qualification.

·         Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quota consistently.

·         Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

·         Based in the Mid-West or West Coast (preferred); other regions not currently considered.

·         25 days of PTO + 9 public holidays.
