As a Cloud Intelligence™ Academy Program Manager, you will lead the design, development, and management of a cutting-edge learning and certification program that empowers customers to maximize the value of a cloud intelligence platform. This role offers a dynamic, cross-functional environment where you will collaborate with product, customer success, enablement, and finance teams to create engaging learning paths, content, and assessments. You will be responsible for building programs from the ground up, leveraging modern learning technologies and instructional design best practices. By combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, you will ensure programs drive measurable outcomes, adoption, and customer success. · Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive cloud intelligence learning and certification program.
· Identify program requirements, including learning path personas, certification types, objectives, and success metrics.
· Develop curricula, course content, interactive learning opportunities, and assessments using modern instructional design tools.
· Project manage all aspects of program development using agile methodologies to meet deadlines and goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning programs with product strategy, customer success, and go-to-market initiatives.
· Monitor and analyze program effectiveness using data-driven insights, continuously refining content and approaches to maximize impact.
· Research and apply industry best practices and innovations from SaaS academy programs to enhance learning outcomes.
· 5+ years of experience in product enablement, training, or learning & development within SaaS or technology companies.
· Proven experience building learning programs and certification paths from inception using modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
· Proficient in instructional design software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or equivalent.
· Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of translating technical concepts into customer-ready content.
· Strong project and program management abilities, including backlog management, prioritization, and deadline execution.
· Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver training that drives measurable adoption and performance results.
· Analytical mindset with experience measuring learning impact and optimizing programs.
· Knowledge of adult learning theory and contemporary enablement practices.
