Business Development Executive - TPA

This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional focused on building and expanding relationships within the automotive aftermarket industry. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and delivering high-impact product demonstrations. The position requires strong consultative selling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage with executives across multiple departments. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, showcase solutions, and close deals that enhance long-term customer value. This role offers an opportunity to combine business development expertise with industry knowledge to make a measurable impact.


Accountabilities:
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth and satisfaction.
  • Lead product demonstrations and present software solutions to executives, including C-suite decision makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate sales engagements and align internal resources with customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account details using CRM tools and internal platforms.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote products and expand professional networks.
  • Research market trends and new opportunities to identify potential clients and grow business in both automotive and consumer segments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales, including TPA (Third-Party Administrator) or software solutions sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve and manage sales quotas in a consultative selling environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, extended warranty, or service contract industries preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for interacting with executives.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to function effectively in a high-paced, dynamic, and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings (up to 15-20% of the time).
