Senior Fullstack Engineer

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of data-driven marketing by building innovative Composable Data and AI Decisioning platforms. You will design and implement end-to-end features, integrating machine learning insights into interactive, user-friendly interfaces for marketers. Working in a small, high-growth team, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering colleagues to deliver solutions that empower both technical and non-technical users. • Accountabilities:
• Architect, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for marketing and growth platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customers to understand workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate machine learning and AI insights into user-facing applications, creating intuitive and interactive experiences.
• Contribute to analytics, observability, and experimentation tools for marketing teams.
• Build scalable frontend architectures using TypeScript and React, while supporting backend development when needed.
• Participate in code reviews, establish best practices, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with ML and AI engineers to ensure smooth integration of complex models into products.

• Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architectures.
• Experience designing and maintaining complex SaaS products in fast-paced startup environments (Series A-D).
• Proven track record of ownership, growth, and career advancement.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience integrating ML/AI-driven features into user-facing applications.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
