This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Account Executive - MR in United States.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, nurturing strong client relationships, and expanding opportunities within your assigned territory. You will identify customer needs, articulate value-driven solutions, and position offerings competitively in the market. This role requires proactive engagement with prospects and existing clients, consistent achievement of sales targets, and the ability to manage a dynamic pipeline. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to support customer success while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. This position offers both autonomy and impact within a fast-growing environment, rewarding initiative, performance, and long-term relationship building.


Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic plans that drive revenue, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Forecast sales trends and develop effective strategies to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build new client relationships while strengthening and expanding existing partnerships.
  • Manage and grow a robust client database within the assigned territory, ensuring ongoing engagement and retention.
  • Respond to incoming leads with same-day follow-up to maximize conversion potential.
  • Stay informed on competitor products and position solutions effectively to outperform market alternatives.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to deliver clear, value-focused presentations to clients.
  • Travel regularly within the territory to meet clients, attend events, and support sustained face-to-face engagement.
  • Perform additional related duties that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales or public safety preferred, or 5+ years of direct experience in those areas.
  • Proven expertise related to public safety, gained through direct service or sales roles targeting public safety markets.
  • Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, with a service-first and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to articulate product features and tailor solutions to client needs effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High-energy, results-driven profile with ownership of tasks, projects, and performance outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing a self-directed schedule.
