Director, Mid-Market Sales

Iterable is an AI-powered customer engagement platform used by leading brands to create individualized cross-channel experiences. We are seeking a hands-on Director of Mid-Market Sales (Central Region) to lead and grow a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, drive quota attainment, optimize sales processes, and collaborate across Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Ops.

Skills

  • Proven sales leadership and team development
  • Extensive SaaS enterprise software selling experience
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com and CRM-driven processes
  • Pipeline management and deal inspection skills
  • Hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and inspirational leadership

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and day-to-day management for a team of Mid-Market Account Executives
  • Oversee deal inspections, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking for each AE
  • Set and consistently meet/exceed team metrics and quota goals
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop Mid-Market AEs to strengthen the team
  • Drive operational excellence through process innovation and sales tooling
  • Identify and implement strategies to shorten and improve the sales cycle
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Operations

Education

  • B.A./B.S. in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
