Responsibilities
- Review and annotate Javanese content for training and evaluation datasets
- Assess AI-generated Javanese outputs for grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural appropriateness
- Identify, document, and communicate error patterns and edge cases
- Refine prompts, evaluation criteria, and linguistic guidelines with the team
- Provide clear feedback and examples to improve model behavior
- Collaborate with project managers and annotators to maintain consistency and quality
- Support quality assurance and iterative improvement of annotation processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, translation, language studies, education, or equivalent experience preferred
- Or equivalent professional experience in Javanese language roles
