Senior Analytics Engineer II
Skills
- Advanced SQL and analytics engineering experience
- Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
- Data modeling and warehouse design skills
- Experience communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Familiarity with business systems data (e.g., Salesforce) and data sharing technologies is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design and build flexible, scalable, and accurate data models to simplify complex source data
- Partner with Business and Data Science teams to identify, document and create cross-company core metrics
- Establish and promote analytics engineering and data modeling best practices
- Educate internal partners on effective use of tooling and data models
- Lead data modeling for non-analytics use cases, including customer-facing reporting
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MS) is a plus but not required
