- Ability to translate business requirements into reliable metrics and models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain flexible, scalable data models that simplify complex source systems
- Collaborate with Business and Data Science teams to define, document, and implement core cross-company metrics
- Establish and evangelize best practices for analytics engineering and data modeling
- Support and educate internal stakeholders on tooling, models, and self-service workflows
- Identify and remediate data quality issues, inconsistencies, and outliers
- Partner with Data Engineering to integrate and optimize data pipelines and warehouses
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent practical experience in analytics or data engineering roles
