Responsibilities: Translate enterprise data governance policies into implementable standards, partner with technical teams to align implementations with policy requirements, ensure regulatory compliance is integrated into workflows, establish compliance tracking KPIs, and assist with audits.
Skills: Proven experience in data governance, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with governance tools such as Informatica, Collibra, or OneTrust.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in data governance leadership, knowledge of regulatory standards like GDPR, and relevant certifications preferred.
Location: Remote position, open to U.S.-based candidates with preference for the Central or Eastern Time Zones, especially in the Midwest or Des Moines area.
Compensation: $55000 - $128700 / Annually

This remote position is open to U.S.-based candidates, with preference for those in Central or Eastern Time Zones, especially in the Midwest or Des Moines area. Travel required.

The pay range for this position is between 55,000.00 - 128,700.00 USD annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
