Manager, Reporting

Chime is a mission-driven fintech focused on empowering members to achieve financial progress. The Manager, Reporting will lead a team within Reporting and Data Infrastructure to deliver accurate, intuitive, and decision-ready reporting and metrics for internal stakeholders across the business, partnering with data engineering and product teams to maintain a single source of truth and scalable BI practices.

  • Project and stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to translate complex data into intuitive visualizations
  • Team leadership and mentoring

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain a centralized single source of truth for business metrics and KPIs, including documentation and change management
  • Enforce reporting standards for accuracy, consistency, version control, and accessibility
  • Own Looker dashboards and LookML development to ensure semantic layer integrity and scalable modeling
  • Design and improve data visualizations and dashboard usability to deliver actionable insights
  • Communicate outcomes and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Infrastructure to enable effective downstream reporting
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of reporting analysts and BI engineers

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years in reporting, BI, analytics or 8+ years equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree or additional analytics coursework is beneficial but not required
