Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a centralized single source of truth for business metrics and KPIs, including documentation and change management
- Enforce reporting standards for accuracy, consistency, version control, and accessibility
- Own Looker dashboards and LookML development to ensure semantic layer integrity and scalable modeling
- Design and improve data visualizations and dashboard usability to deliver actionable insights
- Communicate outcomes and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Infrastructure to enable effective downstream reporting
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of reporting analysts and BI engineers
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years in reporting, BI, analytics or 8+ years equivalent experience
- Advanced degree or additional analytics coursework is beneficial but not required
