Skills
- Proficient Python development for ML and data workflows
- Experience with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow and model registries
- Hands-on experience with big data (Spark/Hive) and PySpark
- Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills
- Experience building CI/CD for ML (CircleCI, Jenkins, BuildKite, etc.)
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration (Airflow or equivalent)
- Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) — preferred
- Experience implementing feature stores and production model monitoring
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain ML platform features for data scientists and engineering stakeholders.
- Build and operate online (real-time) and offline (batch) model serving and inference pipelines.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
- Implement and maintain feature store integrations and model registries (e.g., MLflow).
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps to ensure data integration and operational reliability.
- Create automated monitoring, alerting, and optimization for data processing and model performance.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce software engineering best practices.
- Document platform components, processes, and operational runbooks for stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (required)
- Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
