Responsibilities
- Respond to Tier 1 helpdesk tickets, provide step-by-step guidance, and escalate issues when necessary
- Prepare and image IT equipment for new hires and assist with onboarding setup
- Collect, inventory, and check in hardware during employee offboarding
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues and perform routine maintenance
- Support basic IAM tasks and user account management for internal users
- Document troubleshooting steps and help update internal IT guides
Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Or enrolled in a technical bootcamp focusing on IT, systems, or related disciplines
