Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor to business stakeholders and align IT capabilities with product and business roadmaps.
- Drive prioritization and delivery of IT projects (upgrades, migrations, automation) based on ROI and customer impact.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deploy and enhance SaaS integrations and tools (CRM, analytics, portals).
- Facilitate collaboration between IT operations, InfoSec, and business units on shared objectives and delivery.
- Promote and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, low-code, APIs) with a business-impact focus and lead POCs and vendor evaluations.
- Ensure IT governance, compliance, and data privacy (SOC 2, GDPR) are incorporated into technology delivery and operations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (required)
- Master’s degree in a related field (preferred)
