What we're looking for
Motivated, curious, fast-learning talent ready to start a career in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.
This isn't a typical People internship. It's hands-on, operational, fast-paced, and directly tied to the growth of Influur.
- Strong communication skills and genuine interest in people.
- Curiosity to learn how sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting processes work.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset, you figure things out.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Interest in tech, startups, or influencer culture is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn is helpful but not required.
- Bilingual English–Spanish is a bonus.
- Learns quickly and loves new challenges.
- Thrives in startup environments where every day is different.
- Brings positive energy and treats recruiting as relationship-building.
- Communicates clearly and respectfully.
