We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to lead our revenue processes and systems, driving growth and efficiency across sales and customer success teams in a fully remote position.
Responsibilities: Develop go-to-market strategies, oversee revenue forecasting and technology, manage a team of operations professionals, and optimize sales processes and systems.
Skills: Strong experience in revenue operations, sales operations, and strategic alignment of go-to-market strategies, along with expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years in RevOps, with preferred management consulting experience; demonstrated ability in metrics definition and data analysis; experience in leading high-performing teams.
Location: This role is fully remote and open to candidates in various states including AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, and more.
Compensation: $165000 - $185000 / Annually
Our Revenue Operations team is building the processes and systems to ensure our sales machine runs effectively and efficiently. The Director of Revenue Operations will be critical in identifying areas to drive revenue growth, increase performance visibility, and proactively shaping our go-to-market motions. This person will directly manage a team of Revenue Operations professionals including Salesforce Administration, Sales Operations, and Contract Operations. The salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $165,000.00-$185,000.00. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
