Sales Manager (Dallas/Ft. Worth)

Partner directly with the Site General Manager to lead and scale operations while maximizing profitability across your assigned warehouse(s). This role is responsible for expanding the customer base, generating new business, and nurturing existing client relationships to drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to build and execute strategic action plans targeting new sales leads and revenue growth.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with both local and global customers, always keeping the customer at the center.

  • Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and RFP responses that address client challenges and showcase value.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Managers and the Global Accounts team to promote the full suite of Lineage services.

  • Monitor and ensure timely collections of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of pricing, pipeline activity, and reporting to maximize margin performance.

  • Track KPIs and deliver sales performance insights to senior leadership.

  • Own your budget—control expenses, stay on target, and drive ROI.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Partner with operational leaders to identify and capitalize on efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities that support sales initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales and/or sales leadership roles.

  • Proven success in Supplier Relationship Management—from prospecting to closing.

  • Strong understanding of integrated logistics services and how to solution-sell across offerings.

  • A track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales talent.

  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Sharp analytical and decision-making skills with a solutions-first mindset.

  • Comfortable leading presentations and translating technical info into actionable insights.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and adapt to various warehouse environments (from -20°F to 100°F).

  • Flexible availability, including weekends when needed.
