Responsibilities
- Own the Payroll product area end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, and business performance
- Define the long-term vision and North Star metrics for Payroll and translate them into multi-year plans and pragmatic launches
- Lead, coach, and scale a team of senior product managers and foster an inclusive, high-ownership product culture
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Ops, Compliance, Finance, and GTM teams to drive adoption, revenue, and customer success
- Break down complex, regulated product initiatives into deliverable phases with measurable outcomes
- Represent Payroll product priorities to executive leadership and influence cross-functional decision making
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred but not required
