Sales Operations Lead - job 1 of 2

GuidePoint Security is a rapidly growing, privately held cybersecurity value-added reseller serving enterprise and government customers. The Sales Operations Lead will build on existing Sales Operations Specialist responsibilities to support the regional Director of Operations, mentor team members, maintain sales processes, and drive process improvements across the regional sales operations function.

Skills

  • Proven success as a GuidePoint Sales Operations Specialist or equivalent sales ops experience
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across email, phone, and documentation
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under ambiguity
  • Coaching and mentoring capability for junior team members
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS and Zoom Scheduler (or similar tools)

Responsibilities

  • Perform Sales Operations Specialist duties: generate quotes, track opportunities, process purchase orders and manage AE admin needs
  • Act as backup contact for Director of Operations and Sales Operations Manager when unavailable
  • Answer day-to-day questions from Sales Operations Specialists and provide hands-on support
  • Mentor and train new regional sales operations hires alongside Director of Operations and Sales Operations Manager
  • Provide performance feedback to the Director of Operations to inform reviews and development
  • Participate in process improvement activities, user testing, and regional/corporate projects
  • Guide new Account Executives through GuidePoint processes and partner program details
  • Collaborate with Corporate Vendor Relationship Management to maintain partner program knowledge
  • Support special projects and other duties as required by the regional sales operations function

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred but not required
