HR Business Partner, Production

Green Thumb is a leading cannabis company seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its West Haven production site. The ideal candidate will strategically align HR functions with business goals, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, labor relations, and change management to foster a high-performing, engaged workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify talent needs, manage performance, and implement career development strategies.
  • Serve as a culture champion to enhance employee engagement and workplace environment.
  • Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance.
  • Lead and advise on change management initiatives across the organization.
  • Design and roll out scalable HR programs and processes.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with site leadership and People teams.
  • Administer employment law compliance and leave policies.
  • Support special projects and process improvements with various Centers of Excellence.
  • Manage administrative HR routines including onboarding, data maintenance, and compliance.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or Organizational Development required.
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
