Responsibilities
✨ What You’ll Do:As the Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first friendly face visitors see and the go-to support for our team. Your day will include:
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming phone and text communications
- Supporting accurate patient record maintenance
- Handling mail, reports, time and mileage entries
- Ensuring efficient daily office operations
- Working closely with the Executive Director and team
Qualifications

Previous office or business admin experience
