Enterprise Account Executive- New York City

Glean is a Work AI platform that combines enterprise-grade search, an AI assistant, and application- and agent-building capabilities to help organizations find, organize, and share knowledge. The company is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive based in New York City to source and close net-new logos, drive ARR, run data-driven POCs, and build long-term executive-level relationships within complex organizations.

Skills

  • 6+ years closing enterprise SaaS deals with a track record of top performance
  • Ability to learn, demo, and pitch a highly technical product
  • Experience selling into complex organizations and closing multi-stakeholder deals
  • History of face-to-face C-level relationship building and executive engagement
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security and analytics
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling and methodology-driven approaches (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger)
  • Strong POC and ROI-building skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teammates

Responsibilities

  • Source and close net-new logos within an assigned New York City territory
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions
  • Run value-driven sales cycles; craft ROI and business-justification reports based on data
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and deliver repeatable bookings
  • Drive ARR revenue targets through a metrics-based approach
  • Collaborate with SEs, BDRs, PMs, executives and engineers to advance deals and ensure customer success
  • Design and run tight POCs based on business success criteria
  • Provide timely market and customer feedback to internal corporate functions

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
