Strategic Accounts Director

Garner Health is transforming healthcare by improving doctor performance evaluation and incentivizing high-quality care to reduce costs. As the fastest growing company in this space, we seek a Strategic Accounts Director to retain and grow relationships with our largest employer clients, collaboratively ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving key performance metrics.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of health plan design and employee benefits strategy
  • Experience advising large and enterprise-level employer clients
  • Strong commercial orientation with proven retention and upsell success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to problem solve in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills to articulate vision effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Own retention and upsell efforts for some of Garner's largest employer clients
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure excellent client experience
  • Serve as a trusted strategic partner on plan design and cost trend management
  • Resolve strategic client problems and demonstrate Garner’s value to health plans and members
  • Establish and manage important broker and client relationships
  • Monitor client health and execute strategic plans to mitigate account risks
  • Work with product, data, and technology teams to deliver customized reports demonstrating ROI
  • Drive improved net revenue retention and other KPIs for assigned book of business
