We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support senior account managers in managing client relationships, preparing presentations and reports, and helping to develop solutions tailored to client needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in business consulting and client services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations

  • Coordinate internal resources to meet client needs

  • Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are met

  • Conduct basic market research and data analysis

  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up on feedback

  • Maintain accurate records of account activities and updates

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
