As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in booking trips and creating customized itineraries that meet their travel needs. Using the company’s platform, you will handle travel arrangements, engage with clients primarily through WhatsApp, and ensure that every aspect of the booking process is handled with care and attention to detail. You will use your excellent communication and sales skills to build lasting relationships with clients and recommend personalized travel experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Booking & Travel Arrangements:
Book travel trips, accommodations, and activities for clients, utilizing the company’s booking platform.
Build detailed, tailored itineraries for clients, taking into account their specific preferences and needs.
Ensure all travel arrangements are seamless, from flights to accommodation to local experiences.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized travel recommendations.
Communicate effectively with clients via WhatsApp, ensuring clear and timely responses to inquiries.
Follow up regularly with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to provide additional support as needed.
Sales & Recommendations:
Utilize your sales skills to upsell travel experiences, premium options, and exclusive deals based on the client’s preferences.
Make personalized recommendations based on your understanding of clients' desires, ensuring a memorable and high-quality travel experience.
Stay updated on the latest travel trends and destinations to provide clients with the best recommendations.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
1+ years of experience in a client-facing role (customer success, sales, or travel agent).
Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Ability to understand clients' needs and make personalized travel recommendations.
Prior experience engaging with a demographic with high purchasing power is a plus (preferably in a sales role).
