POSITION CLASSIFICATION
For Our Future Action Fund recognizes a staff bargaining unit, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) 494, a labor union. This position is NOT included in the For Our Future bargaining unit.
JOB SUMMARY
The National Human Resources Generalist will support the daily operations of the national and state Human Resources department in a variety of administrative tasks including recruitment and onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, minor employee relations issues, and enforcing company-wide policies.
This position is anticipated to run through at least December 2026.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is based in our Washington, DC headquarters, which is currently remote and will have a remote option until further notice. Employees will therefore work and interact primarily in a virtual environment for the duration of this temporary position, unless extended. Employees may be required to periodically travel to and/or work out of office locations in Washington, DC or at state offices.
