Enterprise Business Development Representative

ENTERPRISE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

As an Enterprise BDR, you’ll be the tip of the spear, driving new pipeline for our Enterprise Account Executives by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects. You’ll execute both broad outbound strategies and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting organizations with complex buying cycles. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication, and tight collaboration with sales and marketing.

This is a remote option- those residing in CT, MA, GA, SC, FL, & TX are welcome to apply! 

The compensation for this position starts at $ 50,000, with uncapped commissions and bonuses, and projected annual earnings of $ 86,000.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute personalized outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to target enterprise accounts (typically 100+ drivers / 1,000+ employees).
  • ABM Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales leadership to execute ABM programs—focusing outreach on high-potential target accounts with tailored messaging and intent-based triggers.
  • Qualify Opportunities: Conduct in-depth discovery to understand business needs, decision-making structure, compliance challenges, and budget authority.
  • Meeting Generation: Book high-quality discovery meetings for Enterprise AEs that align with ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria.
  • Account Research: Perform deep account-level research to support 1:1 or 1:few ABM outreach, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Bombora.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate activity records and opportunity stages in Salesforce with a focus on speed-to-lead and data hygiene.
  • Cross-Functional Feedback: Share real-time insights from conversations to improve campaign performance, refine ICP targeting, and adjust messaging strategies.

 KPI’s

  • Discovery calls booked (monthly/quarterly quota)
  • Conversion rate from meetings to qualified pipeline
  • Target account engagement (via ABM campaigns and outbound)
  • Outreach activity volume and quality
  • Contribution to campaign-level results (e.g., ABM program performance)

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 1–2 years experience in B2B SaaS sales or lead generation; enterprise experience preferred
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and tools, and working knowledge of intent data or engagement signals
  • Proven ability to exceed pipeline generation goals
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), plus tools like Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Bombora, 6sense, etc.
  • Strong understanding of long sales cycles and multi-threaded selling
  • Experience selling into transportation, logistics, or compliance-heavy industries, preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC or Sandler selling frameworks preferred.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations or enterprise compliance solutions preferred.
