Business Development Representative

We’re building the future by expanding our already 30-person team with those who want to say: I was there when it all started.

What we should tell you about the role

We’re hiring two Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to fuel our pipeline and own the frontlines of customer acquisition.

  1. One will focus on outbound prospecting; researching and reaching out cold, opening doors, and creating conversations where none exist.

  2. The other will focus on re-engagement; following up with leads who have shown interest but gone quiet, and pulling them back into the funnel.

This is a phone-heavy role. You’ll be making calls all day, judged on dials, conversations, and meetings booked. If you thrive on energy, resilience, and the rush of turning a “no” into a “yes,” this is your arena.

This is not a role for someone who likes to coast. You’ll be hung up on hundreds of times a day and face rejection more often than success. Scripts won’t save you—you’ll need sharp instincts and the ability to adapt in real time. Your pipeline will only ever be as strong as your last dial, and if you don’t bring energy and presence to every single call, you’ll fall behind quickly. It’s relentless, repetitive, and demanding—but that’s exactly what makes it a proving ground.

This isn’t just about booking meetings; it’s about becoming the kind of salesperson who can win in any market.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to new prospects.

  • Running follow-up campaigns to re-engage cold leads.

  • Following scripts, but knowing when to break them.

  • Booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

  • Logging every activity with precision in the CRM.

  • Bringing energy, curiosity, and confidence to every interaction.

Your hard skillset

  • Prior outbound sales, call center, or BDR/SDR experience.

  • Strong phone presence and charisma.

  • CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Bonus: exposure to accounting, tax, or financial services.

Your soft skillset

  • Resilience: rejection doesn’t faze you.

  • Coachability: you take feedback and improve fast.

  • Calm confidence: you command attention without overselling.

  • Consistency: you follow process and hit your numbers daily.
