Manager, Mid-Market Sales - job 1 of 6

Figma is a rapidly growing design collaboration platform seeking a Manager, Mid-Market Sales to lead a team of Account Executives focused on expanding adoption among commercial and Fortune 1000 customers. The role combines people leadership, hands-on selling, process development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and customer value.

Skills

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of quota attainment
  • 2+ years managing a commercial or mid-market SaaS sales team
  • Experience selling to technical audiences (Engineering, Product, Design)
  • Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale sales teams
  • Comfort operating in a fast-changing, product-led environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside direct reports
  • Mentor, hire, onboard, and develop sales team members
  • Define and refine sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Contribute directly to deal execution and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on customer needs and product fit
  • Drive consistent quota attainment and forecast accuracy

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Relevant sales training or certifications are a plus
