Commercial Solutions Consultant

Figma is a design and collaboration platform helping teams bring ideas to life through real-time design, prototyping, and developer handoff. The Commercial Solutions Consultant will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption and value across commercial customers by delivering technical product demonstrations, addressing security and enterprise requirements, and shaping product feedback.

Skills

  • Experience positioning software in a presales capacity and implementing technology post-sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication with ability to deliver presentations and demos
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystem and common enterprise procurement processes
  • Experience handling security questionnaires, RFIs/RFPs, and identity/enterprise questions
  • Ability to prioritize competing customer and business needs and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Present the Figma platform vision and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
  • Support Sales in pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements to accelerate customer time-to-value
  • Own customer IT and security interactions during deals (security questionnaires, RFIs/RFPs, identity/enterprise questions)
  • Collaborate with Product and Support to identify security and product improvement opportunities and influence the roadmap
  • Address customer data access and security concerns with product and legal teams to strengthen Figma’s security posture
  • Design and scale technical sales efforts and facilitate connections between customers, sales, and product teams
  • Create customer and internal-facing content to communicate platform value and best practices
  • Work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impact

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Open to candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who demonstrate relevant experience and aptitude
