Responsibilities
- Present the Figma platform vision and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
- Support Sales in pre-sales and post-sales technical engagements to accelerate customer time-to-value
- Own customer IT and security interactions during deals (security questionnaires, RFIs/RFPs, identity/enterprise questions)
- Collaborate with Product and Support to identify security and product improvement opportunities and influence the roadmap
- Address customer data access and security concerns with product and legal teams to strengthen Figma’s security posture
- Design and scale technical sales efforts and facilitate connections between customers, sales, and product teams
- Create customer and internal-facing content to communicate platform value and best practices
- Work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impact
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Open to candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who demonstrate relevant experience and aptitude
