The Account Executive (East) will be responsible for driving growth through upselling to existing customers and ensuring customer retention, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in EdTech events.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, executing the sales process for upselling, and maintaining sales pipeline while achieving quarterly and annual targets.
Skills: Ideal candidates will have prior experience in SaaS or SaaS EdTech sales, strong CRM and negotiation skills, and effective communication abilities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with a solid understanding of educational technology trends; a background in special education is a plus.
Location: This is a remote position based in the USA, with necessary travel up to 50%.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $120,000.

The Account Executive (AE) drives growth within an assigned portfolio of named customers by achieving bookings objectives derived from organizational strategy. The AE primarily sells to existing customers, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and playing a role where needed in securing renewals. Top AEs demonstrate expertise at diagnosing and solving customer problems with capabilities delivered by our educational products. We summarize the sales process impact of AEs as Create, Advance, and Close. This role requires travel as needed.
