About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to help streamline and amplify the CEO’s impact across the company. In a fast-moving technology startup environment, priorities shift quickly and strategic clarity is critical—you’ll operate as a force multiplier by managing the CEO’s time, communication, and operational cadence. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on how the company executes, communicates, and scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CEO’s complex calendar; schedule internal/external meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure time is aligned with company priorities.

  • Anticipate needs, clear obstacles, and streamline decision-making through effective prep, context, and follow-through.

  • Handle end-to-end travel logistics (domestic and international) including itineraries, meeting coordination, and on-site support when needed.

  • Serve as a central hub for information flow by filtering, prioritizing, and communicating across teams with discretion and clarity.

  • Support Board and investor communications logistics (deck prep, materials coordination, follow-ups).

  • Jump in wherever needed to remove friction for the CEO—whether that’s troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating urgent requests, or stepping into tasks outside the traditional EA scope to keep momentum high.

Minimum requirements

  • 4–8+ years’ experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator; able to represent the CEO internally and externally.

  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Exercises excellent judgment with confidential or sensitive information.

  • Thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment and adapts quickly to changing needs.

  • Comfortable interacting with executives, customers, investors, and cross-functional teams.

  • Tech-savvy and eager to improve processes and systems over time.

Preferred requirements

  • Exposure to investor relations, board materials, or fundraising processes.

  • Project management or operations experience

  • Ability to build systems, streamline workflows, and create structure.
