The Associate Executive Director will report to the Executive Director. The Associate Executive Director is an exempt, salaried position.
Job Overview
The Associate Executive Director will oversee daily operations while supporting the Executive Director. Leads all aspects of the community operations, revenue generation, staff development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety. Creates a culture that focuses on the residents, families, and associates. Must be CALA certified or willing to obtain CALA. (LPN or Certified Med Tech a plus).
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 Yearly
