Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM

Eleos Health builds AI-enabled solutions to improve behavioral health care by helping clinicians deliver more effective therapy through data and personalization. We are seeking a business-minded Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on GTM hiring in health tech to partner with US sales, marketing, and customer teams to build high-performing, compliant, and mission-aligned talent pipelines.

Skills

  • 7+ years recruiting experience with strong GTM focus in health tech or SaaS
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and recruitment processes
  • Advanced sourcing skills to find passive GTM and sales talent
  • Comfort using AI recruiting tools and data-driven hiring approaches
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring strategy
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process orientation
  • Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments and regulated markets
  • Proven commitment to DEI in hiring

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM leaders to define hiring plans, role profiles, and forecasting for sales, marketing, and customer roles.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for hard-to-find GTM talent in regulated health tech markets.
  • Source, engage, and close passive and active candidates using modern sourcing techniques and AI recruiting tools.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment in Greenhouse and ensure consistent, positive candidate experiences.
  • Provide market intelligence, compensation guidance, and data-driven hiring recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive recruitment operations, metrics, and process improvements to increase speed and quality of hire.
  • Champion DEI best practices through sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • HR or recruiting certification is a plus
